Extended Warranty

Red Paddle Co boards come with a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase. This can be extended to a 5 year warranty when registered online within 3 months of purchase. This maximum extension is only applicable to new and unused boards from the latest model year.

Total available warranty based on board model year:

23/24: 5 years
22/23: 4 years
21/22: 3 years

This warranty policy applies to boards only. All other items (bags, pumps, paddles, leashes etc) come with a 12 month warranty. See our full terms and conditions for more information.

FREE Next Working Day Delivery - Orders Over £50

For any orders over £50 in value, you'll receive free next-working-day delivery.

If you place your order before 2pm Monday–Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day (excluding remote areas). Orders placed before 2 p.m. Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays or remote areas).

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges

Returns are free if the order total is over £75.

Exchanges can be processed through our returns portal with the exchanged product shipped when the original item is received back to us.

Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.

All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

The 12'0" Voyager MSL has been designed with a petite paddler or more experienced paddler in mind. It still packs plenty of volume allowing you to carry more kit for your adventures.

The V-hull and twin fin set up gives almost laser guided tracking, allowing for less paddle stroke adjustments to maintain a straight course and makes it easier to cover distances. Tec Air: Pioneering Paddle Board Design.

Red Paddle Co is the only inflatable SUP brand that makes boards in its own private facility, using innovative materials and manufacturing methods to produce quality kit you won’t find elsewhere. The Tec Air process is how we refine and develop our boards.

We’ve taken standard inflatable technology and reworked almost every aspect of it. By pinpointing key areas, we’ve identified improvements – from the precise bonding of layers to the application of optimum rocker curve, triple-taped reinforced rails to our exclusive MSL® drop-stitch material, no element is overlooked.

Before going into production our designs undergo rigorous research and testing. (We’ve even run tractors and a 22.5-tonne digger over them – they were fine!) Un paddle exceptionel

Voulant évoluer dans la pratique j'ai fais l'acquisition de ce SUP taillé pour les sorties longues et la vitesse.

Déjà ce qui m'a beaucoup surpris c'est sa stabilité, malgré son étroitesse il est super stable sur l'eau et du haut de mon mètre 86 c'était pas gagné...

Niveau glisse le produit tient clairement ses promesses. A la différence des produits que j'ai utilisé jusqu'ici et qui semblaient "coller" sur l'eau, le voyager avance très vite et offre une expérience de glisse incomparable et la sensation d'être installé sur des rails.

Je ne m'étendrai pas sur l’esthétique et la finition qui sont exemplaires.

Il sera sans aucun doute un excellent compagnon de mes futures rando sur l'eau!

Ok I’m a complete newbie, I’ve not tried another board, I looked for a while and thought what’s the point with buying a lesser cheaper board knowing that if I really get into the sport that I would probably upgrade and regret not getting a top of the range board to start with, so I went for it knowing that if I don’t like the sport I could sell it easily.

Well luckily I’m hooked, I went for the Voyager 12’0 knowing that it’s probably a little bit harder to learn on than a wider flatter board and I’m glad I did, on my third afternoon of playing around and finding my feet I met my friend who had a wider flatter board, he was definitely paddling more to keep up and when he tried mine he said it was a noticeable difference in the length of the glide and the less strokes it took to manoeuvre.

So all in all its a happy purchase so far and I hope to definitely use it more and with the 5yr guarantee for a long time to come

Superb Board

I love this board! It's extremely well made with lots of nice features. The board glides through the water and is very stable. I take my dog with me everywhere I go and when packed up for longer hours touring on the water it handles very well.
