FAQ's
Any order placed on or after the 1st November 2025 qualifies for our extended returns period. If your order qualifies then you have until the 31st January 2026 to submit a return.
We hope that you love your Red purchase(s). However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item and receive a refund.
For orders over £75 returns are FREE.
Please read the following conditions on how to make a return.
- Open the Returns Portal
- Enter your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original order
- Select the item(s) you would like to return
- Select if you would like to Return, Exchange or take a Store Credit for each of your items.
- Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches £0.00
- Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal. Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that. If you do not hear from us within the allotted time please email us on: team@red-equipment.co.uk
- To receive a refund, unwanted items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery or collection. We do not accept returns received outside of this 30-day window.
- If you no longer have the original packaging from your order, you can return your order in any other packaging as long as all items are packed securely, and the parcel is properly sealed.
You will receive 5 points for every £1 you spend with us. You can also earn points from completeing a variety of activities such as creating an account, signing up to our newsletter, leaving us review and many more. There will also be days throughout the year where you can earn double points!
Your points will be pending for the returns window of the order, 30 days. Once the return window has closed, your points will be released into your account. This stops ordering just to earn points and returning the items. If you have any questions or queries around this, please contactteam@red-equipment.co.ukquoting "loyalty" in the subject.
What the promotion entails - A free burgundy beanie worth £24.95 when you spend £100 on red-equipment.co.uk
The claimant needs to add £100 worth of items to their order for the product to be automatically added to their basket and the discount applied.

- Gift cards do not count as a product which can be used to reach the total.
- If for any reason you return any items from your order, causing the total to fall below £100, you must also return the free gift. If the item is not returned, we will deduct £24.95 from your refund.
- Only one free gift will be included in each order.
- If you use a discount code which then takes your total order under the £100 threshold then you will no longer qualify for the free gift with purchase.
- This is a free gift and therefore does not carry any warranty or monetary value. They also cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- It is your responisibity to add the free item to your basket. If you fail to add the free item to your order then we are unable to send this at a later date unless you are willing to pay the additional £4.95 in shipping costs.
