You will receive 5 points for every £1 you spend with us. You can also earn points from completeing a variety of activities such as creating an account, signing up to our newsletter, leaving us review and many more. There will also be days throughout the year where you can earn double points!
You can view your points balanced in your account area. Just login and you will be able to see your current total.
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
Points remain “pending“ for the duration of our 30 day returns window. If you return an item in this time, the points are deducted as if the item was never purchased. If after 30 days you decide to keep your items, the points are “approved“.
You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks: 1) Try to refresh your browser. 2) Try to log out and then back in to your account. 3) Check your ‘Rewards Activity’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards Activity’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account. If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our customer support team and they will look into the issue for you.
Your points will be pending for the returns window of the order, 30 days. Once the return window has closed, your points will be released into your account. This stops ordering just to earn points and returning the items. If you have any questions or queries around this, please contact team@red-equipment.co.uk quoting "loyalty" in the subject.
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is cancelled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
Your points will expire after 12 months of no activity. As long as you order something through our website within 12 months, then they will not expire. You'll be reminded via email when your points are nearing their expiration date so you have plenty of time to use them up.
Your tier status is calculated on points accumulated in the past year, you will not be downgraded a tier for redeeming points.
Your points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code but you will still earn points on every order you make.
Your Membership account is linked to your existing account with us. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one via our sign up page.
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free. We have several activities that you can do to earn points without the need to spend any money. However you won't be able to move up tiers without purchasing products.
