OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Red Paddle Co Ltd, having its registered office at Unit 12 Halwell Business Park, Halwell, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 7LQ, is organizing a free contest named the Golden Ticket (the “Contest”) on its website https://red-equipment.co.uk

Participation in the Contest implies that participants accept the provisions of these regulations. Any participant who do not accept the provisions of these regulations or who act in a fraudulent or unfair manner (to be determined at the sole discretion of Red Paddle Co may be excluded from the Contest at any time.

CONTEST PERIOD

WEEK ONE:12.01am GMT 21st - 27th 11.59pm GMT November Any purchased items within this time frame will be entered into the draw for a £50.00 Red Original Gift Voucher and a Muc Off Power Washer Pack.

WEEK TWO: 12.01am GMT 28th November - 4th December 11.59pm GMT Any purchased items within this time frame will be entered into the draw for a £50.00 Red Original Gift Voucher and a Grangers Wash kit bundle.

WEEK THREE: 12.01am GMT 5th December - 11th December 11.59pm GMT Any purchased items within this time frame will be entered into the draw for a £50.00 Red Original Gift Voucher and a Life Jacket Skin Protection Family Pack and Coral Eyewear Sunglasses.

WEEK FOUR: 12.01am GMT 12th December - 19th December 11.59pm GMT Any purchased items within this time frame will be entered into the draw for a £50.00 Red Original Gift Voucher with a Primus Onja stove and Fajraven Kaken backpack.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The competition is only open to UK residents due to shipping constraints. If you live outside of the UK and are selected as the winner then your entry will be invalid and another winner will be chosen.

The Contest is open to participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) who enter during the competition period.

The competition is open to people aged 18 years. Anyone under the age of 18 will be removed from the list before drawing the winner.

The Contest is not open to anyone who does not meet the conditions referred to above or to directors, executives, employees, representatives, agents or mandataries of Red Paddle Co or LifeJacket Skin Protection, Fajraven, Muc-Off, Primus or Coral Eyewear.This includes anyone involved in the implementation and promotion of the prize draw and / or the Contest including any members of their families (of any age) and any household members. Red reserves the right to request that all Participants provide proof of the entry conditions.

Anyone failing to fulfill the entry conditions or refusing to provide proof of them will be excluded from the Contest and may not claim the prize in the event that she/he wins it.

In order to participate, the Participants must have access to the internet and have a valid email address.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Participants will need to make a purchase through the redoriginal.com or red-equipment.co.uk websites during the stated time frames. There is no minimum spend required.

With all giveaways, please be aware of scammers. We will never contact you asking for any form of payment.

A Participant’s name is entered automatically into the Contest by completing the steps outlined above. And will remain eligible for the contest on the condition that the Participant complies with the Official Rules and Regulations.

Any false entry will lead to disqualification. Moreover, any entry which does not comply with the regulations can be invalidated by Red Paddle Co at its sole discretion.

Multiple entries from each Participant (or same household address) will be accepted during the weekly Contest Period. Participants may enter the Contest multiple times over the different promotional weeks by placing orders within those weeks.

Red Paddle Co reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violating the Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

PRIZE

There is one (1) prize available, to be drawn during weekly contest periods, four (4) prize packages in total. Full prize details can be found here:

The Winner(s) are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any applicable taxes, customs fees or freight charges on the items that they choose with the Prize or any portion of the Prize. Winner(s) may waive their right to receive all or a portion of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, has no cash value and must be accepted by the Winner as awarded.

WINNER SELECTION

The draw will be made at random by a member of the Red team in Devon, UK at the Red International headquarters. The chances of being selected depend upon the number of eligible participants. The selected participant will be notified by email and also will receive a Golden Ticket voucher within their Red Paddle Co purchase with details of their prize. The prize from the partner brands will either be included with the Red Paddle Co delivery or sent directly to the winner.

We will not publish the names of winners to maintain anonymity.
