We're well and truly into show season now with the daylight hours getting longer, follows our eagerness to make the most out of that extra time granted to us from the guys and girls upstairs. Having recently unpacked the van from the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome show at the NEC. Our next stop is the Triathlon and Bike Show at the Excel in London. It will be our first trip at the show and we've got a stand packed full of goodies to ensure your 2020 is truly a year of adventure.
Over the course of 3 days the London Excel exhibition hall will ooze everything triathlon and bike related. Whether you’re looking for a new challenge, on the hunt for a new wetsuit. Or you simply enjoy that morning commute to work on the bike. If it’s running, cycling or swimming the show has every bit of tech, talks and demos to keep you entertained.

What’s hot at the Red Original Stand
This year will be our first visit to the show and we’re bringing along a van load of our premium outdoor essentials. Designed to help keep you warm and dry whilst changing such as the Pro Change Robe. Along with our range of drinks bottles and cool bags to keep your adventures flowing with hot drinks and snacks. Whether you’re already a Red Original fan or you’re keen to try some of our performance tops and clothing. We will be on hand all weekend to talk shop and all things adventure.
5 Things Worth Checking Out at the Show
Remember those days down at the skate park on your BMX well the Fusion Extreme Event shows off the talented collection of BMX and Parkour riders throwing shapes and tricks. If you’re keen to give it a whirl, then perhaps drop in on a workshop.
Balance Bike Cup
Now they do say start them young and the balance bike cup is the perfect platform. If you’ve got a little one who’s mad on bikes, then get then this may be a great little fun event to get involved in. Over the weekend a 100 of the fastest kids will race over the 100-meter course riding over obstacles and rollers. If you want to see the next generation of fast and furious riders, then pop along and give them a cheer.
If you simply must fit in a ride over the weekend then jumping on the canyon rapha rideout, may be the way to go. Canyon will be on hand with a range of their latest bikes to give them a spin. If you’re keen, we’d recommend booking early.
If you’re entering your first Tri this year or perhaps a veteran looking to replace your old suit. Back for 2020 is the test pool allowing you to try a range of suits before taking the plunge (sorry) The Master Spa swim spa will be available all weekend free of charge with along with a host of experts to help you find the right fit.
If looking for some top tips and inspiration is your bag then over the course of the weekend you can tap into a wealth of knowledge from all areas of cycling and Triathlon racing. Take a seat and enjoy Vedangi Kulkarni’s tales of becoming the youngest women to cycle around the World unsupported. Or perhaps tap into the technical coaching mind of Joe Beer one of the UK’s leading multi-sports coaches, to sharpen your cadence and fitness both on and off the bike.
If you’re a techy when it com es to your bike or perhaps you just need a bit of reassurance when looking after your loved one. The guys at Cytech will be on hand running a range of workshops from wheel tuning to gear adjustment over the weekend, to help you keep your bike running smoothly.
