Red Paddle Co boards come with a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase. This can be extended to a 5 year warranty when registered online within 3 months of purchase. This maximum extension is only applicable to new and unused boards.
This warranty policy applies to boards only. All other items (bags, pumps, paddles, leashes etc) come with a 12 month warranty. See our full terms and conditions for more information.

For any orders over £50 in value, you'll receive free next-working-day delivery.
If you place your order before 2pm Monday–Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day (excluding remote areas). Orders placed before 2 p.m. Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays or remote areas).

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns are free if the order total is over £75.
Exchanges can be processed through our returns portal with the exchanged product shipped when the original item is received back to us.
Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.
All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

How to store your board
Before storing, rinse all equipment in fresh water and let it dry completely.
To pack away, lay the deflated board deck-up and place the pump across the nose, leaving enough room to wrap the board over. Roll tightly, then secure with the strap. Use the backpack’s internal strap to secure the board inside.
Store your board in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. If keeping it rolled up, avoid excess pressure on the straps. If space allows, it’s best to store the pump separately.
You can also leave your board inflated, ideally kept on a flat surface...

Structural: the high-tensile drop-stitch fibres are designed to withstand pressures in excess of 22psi, meaning Red boards can be inflated to provide unrivalled stiffness and confidence, no matter the rider weight or prevailing conditions.
Laminate: the reinforced composite coating is bonded to the textile core using machine welding that applies heat and pressure to the inner PVC layer, saving over 2kg of adhesives and reducing cosmetic and safety concerns. Produced under low tension, this process creates a torsional stiffening effect when the boards are inflated, making MSL® stiffer at lower pressures.
The redesigned ATB Transformer makes our best-selling All-Terrain Backpack an even more versatile travel companion. Its standout feature, the innovative bagless carry system, lets you strip back to just the core straps when heading down to the water.
An adjustable ergonomic structure offers optimised shoulder and back support, while integrated compression straps enhance portability. Thoughtfully designed storage – an interior paddle blade pocket, Velcro paddle securing, and a generously sized outer zip pocket – keeps everything together in the bag.

Two super-durable, flexible iFins are permanently attached to the 10'6" Ride for minimal hassle. Our iFins can take a beating and are easy to reshape if they get bent.
Twin-fins paddle straighter and faster than a three-fin set-up, they also improve agility and performance in the surf. Most importantly they make the board simpler to pack down than a single fin: no need for tools, spares or replacements.

Our Coiled SUP Leash is made for all flat-water paddlers and racers. When paddling it sits on the board to minimise drag, so it won’t catch on anything in the water.

We've taken standard inflatable technology and reworked almost every aspect of it. By pinpointing key areas, we've identified improvements from the precise bonding of layers to the application of optimum rocker curve, triple-taped reinforced rails to our exclusive MSL® drop-stitch material, no element is overlooked.
Before going into production our designs undergo rigorous research and testing. (We've even run tractors and a 22.5-tonne digger over them & they were fine!) Then manufacturing each board takes 72 hours: that's ten times the industry average. Unlike most other paddleboard companies, we never compromise on quality. This is my first board but I've used other inflatables and the stability of this model is really remarkable. It is comparable to a friend's solid board, and the bag, paddle and pump are top notch accessories. Highly recommended!
I have rented Red boards in the past which are already inflated but I decided to take the plunge and buy my own! I use the Titan 2 pump which works very well (it takes me about 10 mins to pump it up, my husband is much faster!). The board is lightweight enough for me to carry in and out of the water. It feels sturdy and looks fab - I love the purple ! The bag is also super handy, with wheels, straps and a section for the paddle ! I couldn't recommend it highly enough and just wish I'd bought it earlier !
Well what can I say? Absolutely delighted had a few cheaper boards previously saved up was well worth the money extremely happy would highly recommend have been on it almost every day purchase thanks very happy Customer.

If you are on the fence about this board do it! After years of refusing to switch from a rigid to inflatable I finally caved. Now I wish I switched years ago! The design on this board is BEAUTIFUL, super easy paddle and turns better than any other board I’ve used.
