Derwent Water Marina

Derwent Water Marina and shop is situated right on the banks of one of the prettiest lakes in the Lake District, and surrounding by the hills of Skiddaw, Cat Bells and Borrowdale.

The shop is packed with everything you need to spend time on and around the water. A great range of Red Paddle Co boards are in stock and on display, with a choice of paddles and expert advice to get you on the right kit. Wetsuits, dry suits, buoyancy aids and other clothing and kit is available to try and buy.

Board hire will get you started and enable you to explore the lake and its islands. Hire as an individual or a group, or arrange a tuition session to develop and progress your skills. You're welcome to try out different models to see which is best for you, with help from the passionate paddlers at the Marina.

In the shop you’ll also find Red Original accessories perfect for time on the water and outdoors and for gifts too. While you’re there, grab a coffee or an ice cream!
