For any orders over £50 in value, you'll receive free next-working-day delivery.
If you place your order before 2pm Monday–Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day (excluding remote areas). Orders placed before 2 p.m. Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays or remote areas).

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns are free if the order total is over £75.
Exchanges can be processed through our returns portal with the exchanged product shipped when the original item is received back to us.
Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.
All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Our patent-pending Luggage Tensioning System (LTS) provides a simple, yet highly effective, way of attaching Red Original deck-bags and cool-bags to our boards.
Comprising rotary spring hooks and 4mm paracord for optimal strength and security, the LTS easily clips onto our cargo system’s D-rings then tightens securely with guy-rope-style tensioners.

Our Thermal - Lock Insulation is a special type of thick closed cell non-absorbent insulation, which will keep contents properly hot or cold. Combined with pre-chilled drinks and a 2:1 ice ration will see your drinks stay cold for up to 72hours.
Engineered for ultimate durability and 100% waterproof protection, our premium high-density Armour Tech fabric provides reliable performance in even the harshest conditions. Tough yet supple, this hardwearing TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material is designed for long-lasting use – yet unlike PVC it’s biodegradable, recyclable, and its production is non-toxic.

So far I have used this cooler once, on a fishing trip with the hope of keeping my catch cool. Sadly I ended up not catching anything big enough to bring home, but I did use it to store my food for the day. I put a 2kg bag of ice in it the night before, at around 9pm. I then topped it up with another 1kg bag around 11 hours later the following morning, as a small amount of the original bag had melted which I’d expected, given there was no food inside and I hadn’t pre-cooled the bag in the freezer. I then half filled it with some food a few hours later. I ate nearly all of this food by the evening. I then returned home, emptied the rest of the food and left the remaining ice in there until after 9pm the following night. There was still a little unmelted ice, mostly water though but it was icy cold and still perfectly capable of keeping food cold. I imagine if I’d pre-chilled the cooler, filled it with the whole 3kg to start with, maybe with an additional ice block and filled with food from the beginning I would’ve gotten considerably more hours out of it. Given that I also opened and closed it many times throughout the day without a lot of care, I am very impressed to have gotten 48 hours of refrigeration from this bag which is way more than enough for my needs. So these tales of several days of ice are not myths after all. I also adapted it to fit my bike by slotting the aluminium track from an Arkel pannier bag through the tie-down loops.
