1. Competition Overview The competition ("Spring Swim Giveaway") is organised by Red Paddle Co Ltd in partnership with UltraSwim 33.3 and Swimmr. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, or direct family members of the organisers and partners are not eligible to enter.
• Participants must be able to travel to Montenegro in October 2025.

3. Entry Requirements

• Entries must be submitted via the website form found HERE.
• The competition will run from 7th April 2025 to 30th April 2025, entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize Details The winner will receive:

• 1x Entry to the UltraSwim 33.3 Montenegro Event (valued at €2000), which includes:
• 12-Month Swimmr Membership + 1:1 Coaching Session with Olympic Medallist Dan Wallace (£200 value)
• 1x Red Equipment Swim Bundle (£545 value), including:

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the closing date.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Travel Requirements

• The winner must arrange and fund their own travel to either Dubrovnik or Tivat airport.
• The prize does not include flights, visas, travel insurance, or personal expenses.
• The winner must be available to travel on the designated dates in October 2025.

7. Participation & Training

• The winner must adhere to any mandatory training, webinars, and preparation required before the event.
• Failure to complete the required preparation may result in forfeiting the prize.

8. No Cash Alternative

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• If the winner is unable to attend, the prize will be reallocated at the discretion of the organisers.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• The organisers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate.
• The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

10. Publicity & Data Protection

• By entering, participants agree that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Red Paddle Co Ltd's privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
