What changing robe is right for me?

Which size changing robe is right for me?
Our Red Original outdoor changing robes are based on height. We do have our visual size guide ('find your size' on the product page) that can help you with this. From little ones at 3'0 to those a little taller at 6'8 we have you covered with a range of changing options!

What board is right for me?

How much pressure should I put into my board?
We recommend inflating your boards between 15-25psi. For heavier riders we recommend aiming for 22-25psi and for lighter riders, we suggest 15-22psi. If you're unsure, aim for 18psi. Following these guidelines should give your board unrivalled stiffness and durability. This has been our number one mission for the last decade!
What is MSL technology?
MSL Fusion Technology is recognised as the industry’s leading construction process, it is exclusive to Red Paddle Co and the material we use on all of our boards. MSL involves fusing a second layer of hard-wearing polymer to the dropstitch core at the raw material stage, rather than hand gluing it. This completely removes hand gluing errors and cosmetic blemishes. The high-tech industrial process also saves almost 2kg in weight and makes the boards stiffer at lower pressures.
How Durable is a Red Paddle Co board?
Red Paddle Co boards are built to withstand even the wildest adventures. Our premium-quality boards won’t let you down, giving you the freedom to explore any stretch of water. We put our most popular board, the 10’6″ Ride through 10 intense (but fun!) tests to push it’s durability to the limit. This culminated in driving over the board with a 22.5 tonne digger to prove how tough our boards are so you don’t have to! Treat it well and it will be a trusty steed.
How do Red boards compare to hard boards?
When inflated correctly and used for general SUP you will hardly notice any difference. For high performance surfing you will find you will have to adapt your style as the board rides differently to a ‘hard’ board but still rides very well. The biggest benefit is that you can deflate, roll up and stash your Red inflatable board in the back of the car with ease, take it on a plane, hike up a mountain….so transporting it further afield is much, much easier than a 10 ft+ hardboard!
How long can I leave a board inflated for?
Over time you will experience some loss of pressure especially with temperature changes, we recommend topping up before you hit the water! The board should be stored out of direct sunlight and if you are not going to use it for a while you should reduce the pressure to below 15 psi.
How long is the warranty on a Red Paddle Co board?
We offer the possibility to extend the standard 1 year warranty to a 5 year warranty for each board bought from the 2022, 2021 and 2020 ranges. Just like our 2 year warranty that was available on 2018 and 2019 boards, we will require you, the customer to register your board with us via our website within 3 months of purchase to activate the extended warranty.
What paddle is right for me?
Like any Red Paddle Co product, there is a paddle to suit everyone's riding experience. Our paddles are made using three different raw materials Hybrid (Carbon and Glass fibre) or Carbon, tailoring to all performers’ abilities and needs.
Carbon shaft and Nylon blade. Perfect for those paddlers who are perhaps entering into the sport and have a focus in performing and moving effectively, maximising efficiency on the water and looking to paddle in many locations including rocky beaches and shorelines. The Nylon material is very robust and tough - can more handle small bumps and knocks. An awesome choice for family fun paddle boarding and sharing with friends!
Higher level of carbon content throughout the paddle shaft and a Carbon, tear drop shaped blade. This is a great option for paddlers that are focused on speed and efficiency on the water, those hoping to up their game or those entering the sport knowing they would like to paddle longer distances, making the most of every paddle stroke and maximising their efficiency when out on the water!
Ultimate performance paddle, made from a high modulus Japanese carbon! This has a much higher level of carbon which is more lightweight, meaning this is a super featherlight paddle option! Delivering minimal resistance and maximise power output throughout your paddle stroke. This is a great option for paddlers who are really looking to move that much further and faster! The narrower profile enables you to get the paddle closer to the board keeping the paddle more vertical, improving board tracking, giving you much more steam line paddling.

What is the Titan II Pump?
The Titan II Pump is the world's first purpose-built, double chamber SUP pump. It's designed to cut the amount of time and effort it takes to inflate your board by half. Constant innovation has led to us testing the absolute boundaries of inflation technology and as such, we're confident that there's nothing quite like the Titan II Pump on the market. The Dual Cylinder system, combined with the Hi Flo handle means you are in complete control of the energy used to inflate your board. It puts the volume into your board faster and reduces the effort required to reach a higher pressure.
What bag will suit me best?
Our Red Original Waterproof roll top dry bag comes in 3 sizes: 10 litre, 30 litre, and a 60 litre all with an internal pocket - perfect for keeping smaller items safe. Tough and lightweight, they keep the contents dry through the use of a simple roll (or perhaps two or three depending on how full it is) and secured with a firm clip.
The Red Original Waterproof SUP Deck bag has a robust construction, using high density waterproof TPU fabric. Secured onto your board using the luggage tensioning system with a handyYKK aqua-seal zip access. It is the ideal place to keep your kit safe and dry when out on the water.

Here at Red Paddle Co we love the great outdoors and as passionate water users it is incredibly important for us to look after the surroundings we enjoy and have as little impact as we can.
From the very beginning, our company ethos has been to ‘never compromise’ when it comes to the performance of our inflatable paddle boards.
As time has moved on, that message and determination has expanded into other vital areas of our company, such as the safety of our paddlers, the reliability of our products and a duty to protect the future of our planet.
We have taken some big steps in the right direction.
Why are some of your products made in China or in the Far East?
The first thing we look at when it comes to producing our products is where can we find not only the best materials but also the best team to put them together. When we started Red Paddle Co we formed a close partnership with a small South Korean family run business that specialised in dealing with Drop Stitch (the core of an inflatable board).
After working with them for over 5 years and with our business growing at a crazy rate we worked together to build the absolute best production line, run by the most skilled workforce available.
After lots of searching we based the factory in China, close to Hong Kong. This allowed us to attract the absolute best workforce. Long gone are the days when China was seen as a low quality producer. Modern China has some of the best and most skilled textile workforce in the world with a work ethic and attention to detail to match. We could easily have based the factory anywhere but the level of quality and work ethic we found in China greatly surpassed anything else.
We are proud to still be working with the same family in a partnership that is now entering it’s 12th year. We design everything in house at our UK based development centre using feedback from over 60 countries and tens of thousands of paddlers worldwide. Only when we are absolutely satisfied that what we have designed is a better version of what we had before will we take it to final prototyping and series production. Both our UK and Chinese based teams only let the very best products reach the beaches and waterways of the world.
Order & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Here at Red we have a couple of options when it comes to delivery choices. If you order before 2pm then you will be able to get Next Day Delivery.
For orders received after 2pm GMT on a Friday or Public Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
For orders over £75 in value, we provide DPD Next Day Delivery free of charge.
Remote locations - unfortunately due to the complexity of shipping to remote areas of the UK we are unable to provide next day shipping, but orders will usually be with you within 2-3 days depending on courier services.
We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DPD or Royal Mail and monitor or make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you've placed an order on our website and would like to change it, that's never a problem. If it's urgent, and you realised this as soon as the order was made then please feel free to call us here at Red HQ customer services helpline between 9am-5pm on 01803 896847 and we will do our very best to intercept your order before it goes out.
If it's been a little while longer and you realised that your order is not what you'd intended on placing, and has already left the building and is on its way to you, then you'll need to sit tight, wait for it to arrive and then proceed with returns process.
We would like to note that when returning products, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund - so please take care when placing your order that you purchase the correct item(s)! You can then head back online and replace your order correctly.
Can I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email depending on what details you include on the order.

How do I track my order?
We encourage you to provide your mobile number and email address when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DPD or Royal Mail and monitor or make changes to your delivery. Your number will not be used for anything else. Just simply click onto your tracking information to follow the courier delivery tracking page.
My order has not arrived
It may be that our delivery service have experienced some trouble with delivery. We always recommend checking your tracking information as it may be that your parcel has been delivered to a post office/ collect shop nearby.

How to return an order
We have tried to make this process as simple as possible; just head over to our Returns page fill out the prompts with your details, and then follow the instructions on the automated email response from this.

Are there any charges for returns?
- YES - UK orders using the Collect + label provided will be deducted £4.95 for the return. Or you can choose an aternative courier to return your items - prices will vary. Royal Mail Tracked Medium parcel costs start at around £5.30.
- If sending back to us using your own method, please remember to send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order.
- Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact and attached still to the product.
- Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.
Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
All items are inspected before a refund is processed.
Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
Extended returns for Christmas gifts?
Our Christmas returns policy is valid from 1 November 2021 until 23rd December 2021. Any purchases made between these dates can be returned up until 30th January 2022.
For purchases made from after 23rd December 2021, our normal refund policy applies.
Please do note that when returning items over the Christmas period that this may take a little longer than usual due to possibly high volumes of parcels being delivered to our Red HQ, and Christmas Closures.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time, if you would like a different size/colour or item, please return your unwanted item and we kindly ask you to place a new order. You can find all our information on our Returns page here.
How soon will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Funds can take up to 10 working days to appear into your account.
